By enquiring about, booking, or travelling on a Spreo Safaris itinerary, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit is typically required to confirm a booking, with the balance due ahead of travel as specified in your quotation. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by itinerary and supplier (lodges, camps, airlines) and will be provided at the time of booking. Some deposits and payments may be non-refundable depending on how close to travel dates a cancellation occurs.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, required visas, and appropriate travel insurance, and for disclosing any medical conditions relevant to planned activities.

Changes to Itineraries

Wildlife sightings, weather, and local conditions can affect safari itineraries. We and our local partners reserve the right to adjust activities or routes where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

Spreo Safaris acts as an intermediary with accommodation providers, guides, and transport operators. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, wildlife behavior, or third-party supplier failures.

Governing Law
